About Elegance Oasis

The Elegance Oasis is a 3-storied, 4 bedroom super luxury house with a spacious roof-top located right at the heart of the entertainment district of Colombo known as Colpetty or Colombo 3. Unlike most of the other homestay facilitates, the Elegance Oasis offers round-the-clock service with in-room dining options.

It strives to offer all amenities of a star-class hotel but for competitive room rent. The Elegance Oasis is the ideal place to enjoy Colombo by simply walking to all key attractions with the right kind of privacy you are looking for in a relaxing environment. The facility is even suitable for adults with walking difficulty as there’s a room located in the ground floor.

Generally, the rooms in Elegance Oasis are spacious. The floor area of the Master Bedroom is 24m² with an adjoining private terrace of 24m² open to the sky, ideal for sunbathing, unwinding after a tiring day or for a romantic candle lit dinner. The other rooms are over 20m² floor area and two of them have small private balconies open to sky. All rooms have attached bathrooms with hot water. All rooms are air-conditioned with auto air purifying function. Mini Suite is provided with King-Size Super Luxury mattress with individual sprockets and two other rooms with Queen Size Super Luxury mattress with individual sprockets and 4th room is provided with 2 nos Extra-Long Single beds (206 cm) for the comfort of extra-tall travelers. Super Grade anti-bacterial micro-fiber pillows and comfortable bed linen are provided in all rooms. All rooms equipped with cable TV, free WIFI, complimentary tea-coffee, mineral water, clean towels and essential toiletries.

You can book the whole bungalow with spacious living, sitting & dining areas with majestic furniture. The rooftop can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people for a great evening cocktails or a sit-down lunch/dinner under temporary canopies. Senior Chef Wimal will be happy to look after all your meals or you can prepare your own meals in the mod-kitchen in the ground floor or in the general kitchen in the basement. Barbeque station is available on request. The bungalow is ideal for groups visiting Colombo for weddings / functions and small group travelers of around 10. It is also ideal for medical tourism as Durdans Hospital & Heart Surgical Centre are at walking distance and all other key private hospitals are just 5 to 10 mins drive away. Similarly, the British Council and the UNO Compound are also at walking distance. It is also suitable for philanthropists, historians, authors, poets, researchers who are here for long stays.
